The ecoCleaner is a newly developed cleaning device for pad printing. Compared to conventional cleaning devices that work with thinner, the ecoCleaner works with a special water-based cleaning medium. The cleaning medium is practically odourless and non-explosive. The soiled liquid is recycled in the unit and can therefore be used continuously.

Only the carry-over losses have to be replenished from time to time. The separated dirty paint can be taken out of the unit as a stab-proof cake and disposed of as hazardous waste. Since no hazards or environmental pollution emanate from the ecoCleaner, the device can be used directly at the workplace.
